Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the process for canceling or seeking a refund for services purchased through the Platform. The terms are as follows:
Cancellations
1. Training Services
- No cancellations or refunds are available for training services.
- Course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Course fee once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Any candidate opting out of the program/dropping during the continuance of the program shall be liable to pay the entire course fee, and the same shall be recoverable by the institute from the candidate.
2. Workshops
- Cancellations will be considered if the request is made at least 72 hours before the start of the workshop.
- Cancellation requests made within 72 hours of the workshop start time will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
1. Training Services
- Refunds are not applicable for training services.
2. Workshops
- If a cancellation request is made at least 72 hours before the workshop, a 70% refund of the total amount paid will be issued.
- Refunds approved by VECTOR INDIA PVT LTD will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 7 working days.
- The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Batch/Branch Shifting
- A fee of Rs. 6,000/- will be applicable for any batch or branch shifting for Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, and Online Batches.
- The final decision regarding batch or branch shifting will be at the discretion of senior management.
Service Issues
If you encounter any issues with the service provided, please report it to our customer service team within 7 days of the service delivery.
Our customer service team will review your complaint and take appropriate action, which may include rescheduling the service or offering a partial/full refund based on the nature of the issue.
Legal Disputes
All disputes relating to admission, study, examination, issue of certificates, placement assistance, and any other dispute related to VECTOR INDIA PVT LTD are governed by civil laws and civil courts, subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction.
